Kent Coffee & Chocolate Company was started in 1991 by Sandra Champlain. Sandra is a Professional Chef who started the business despite many who thought it wouldn't fly but fly it did. Sandra has since moved on to the professional catering world and is a best selling author of "We Don't Die".
She can be found traveling around the world speaking, catering and working on her next book.
Since 2013 Kent Coffee & Chocolate Company has been in the capable hands of it's new owner, Sharon Songal. Also a Professional Chef, Sharon brings many years of pastry, food and specialty food experience with her. In addition, she worked for the largest retailer in Europe and managed extensive retail properties here in the U.S. with great success. These combined experiences are what brings Kent Coffee & Chocolate to where it is today.
