Rich, super moist and chock full of raisins, this loaf is an old fashioned style cake that your Grandmother would have been proud of.  Slice it in big thick slabs to eat in plain perfection or slice it thin with a generous scoop of ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a real treat.   Arrives partially frozen, you can slice it and refreeze it or a portion of it.  Thaw in the refrigerator for best results.  Serves 6 to 10.
